Hers and His

I have noticed a new trend with women’s designers.  They are designing for MEN!  Labels that you normally would see in your girlfriend’s/sister’s closet are now offering the same amazingly soft and durable fabrics for the guys.  The main lines that I’m going to focus on, are the t-shirt designers and we know how much you cherish EVERY SINGLE t-shirt in your closets and dressers.  Why don’t we point out some shirts that you should be cherishing, shall we?

James Perse

Yes, that’s right.  It’s a plain white v neck tee but what you don’t know is that this guy James is OBSESSED with fit, hand (the feel of the fabric), and just quality all around.  He designs women’s apparel, men’s apparel, furniture, surfboards, beach cruisers, and bedding.  He also is a dude’s dude so he knows what you guys want.

Splendid

This line basically lives up to it’s name.  It was started by a guy who wanted to find the softest most durable fabric ever.  Unfortunately he didn’t find it, but don’t get too down…he created it himself.   After many wears and washes, these tees look exactly like the day you first laid eyes on them…splendid.

Vince

This line is the essence of “cool”.  They keep everything really simple (just like you like), but still interesting.  Vince somehow continues to stay on trend yet still make pieces that will be classics in your closet.  Don’t hesitate to check out their wonderful website that puts looks together for you and maybe pick up a few pieces.

Now, go impress any girl in your life with your new knowledge of these labels that are wonderfully made for her…and most importantly, YOU.
